Our client is currently looking to jin their rapidly growing team of engineers.

Minimum of 5 years of expirience at the job.

The Heating and Ventilation Engineer will be responsible for the safe and effective implementation of work in many areas delivering planned service and maintenance, repairs and installations in a variety of buildings including but not limited to Schools, FE and Universities, Fire stations, Police stations, MOD sites, Leisure, care homes, commercial and domestic dwellings.

The main duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to;

· Perform planned preventative maintenance to commercial and domestic gas fired plant and equipment;

· Perform disinfection and monitoring of hot and cold water systems;

· Perform planned preventative maintenance of building services equipment, including but not limited to Extraction systems, Air Handling Units and Air conditioning units, heating equipment and portable appliances;

· Perform repairs and installation work on mechanical and plumbing systems;

· Provide out of hours response as deemed necessary on a rotational basis (Call Out)

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients, acting in a professional manner and promoting JH Mechanical Services Ltd;

· Submit accurate and clear documentation and service report sheets;

· Be responsible for your own health and safety and that of others on site when performing work tasks;

· Be willing to undertake training that may be required to ensure improve and expand the services offered to clients;

· Aid alternative trades in completing work task as and when required

· To positively contribute to promotion of JH Mechanical Services Ltd
